Direct Supervisor: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Job Types: Full-Time

Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Qualifications:

Shipping/ receiving experience in a related industry preferred.
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong listening and problem‐solving skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel, UPS shipper, FedEx ship.
Strong math aptitude.
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Objectives:

Responsible for the inventory accuracy.
Keep manufacturing supplied with materials needed.
Responsible for material handling in adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accurate receiving and inventory of incoming product.
Preparing components for various manufacturing steps.
Moving of WIP material throughout the facility.
Following safety procedures.
Cycle counting of product.
Assisting shipping as needed.
Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc.
