Job Types: Full-Time

Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Qualifications:

Paint Preparation experience in a related industry (preferred)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Comfortable using various computer software
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
Good verbal and written communication skills
GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)

Primary Objectives:

Responsible for engraving, washing, and preparing quality product in a timely manner.
Responsible for daily work in adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities:

Accurate identification of products (stamping, marking, etc.)
Thorough cleaning of product to promote paint adhesion
Preparing /Masking of all areas that are required to be free of paint
Follow safety procedures
Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.).
Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
