Job Types: Full-Time

Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Qualifications:

Preparation and painting experience in a related industry (preferred)
Experience using HVLP equipment
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Comfortable using various computer software
Experience with different types of coating products (epoxy, enamel, primer..etc)
Understanding of two‐part paint mix ratios
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
Good verbal and written communication skills
GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)

Primary Objectives:

Responsible for Preparing and Painting quality product in a timely manner
Responsible for daily work in adherence to the quality management system

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Preparing and Painting of product
Accurate identification of products (stamping, marking..etc)
Final coating Inspection of parts
Following safety procedures
Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc)
Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc
