The Youth Skills Training Program (YST) at Aggressive Hydraulics offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience through three internship paths, providing a head start in your career journey.

Selected students will begin a paid internship ($18-$21/hour) at Aggressive Hydraulics—while earning academic credits. Specialized job training from industry professionals will provide hands-on experience in multiple manufacturing career areas. Students may be eligible for future growth opportunities including tuition reimbursement.

Which internship path will you choose?

Welding

Welding

  • Invaluable hands-on experience utilizing robotic and tack welders.
  • Learn fundamental welding techniques and saftey protocols.
  • Collaborating with experienced welders on real-world projects.
Machining

Machining

  • In-depth training on CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Gain understanding of different machining processes.
  • Work alongside skilled machinists on diverse projects and components.
General

General

  • Gain practical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Understand the engineering and design principles behind hydraulic solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to work on real-world projects.
